Can I use the connector if I use Stripe to issue invoices?
Yes, the only thing you need is to have
VAT and taxes correctly set up in your Stripe account

Can I use the connector if I only use Stripe as a payment gateway?
Yes, we only need to configure your VAT type: exempt, super-reduced, reduced or standard. This will be requested once the connector is activated.

Where do I manage my invoices sent to Verifactu?
Directly in Stripe without needing any other application. Open the invoice and from the invoice detail page you can check the communication status, the Verifactu code and download the PDF with the QR code.
How do I export the information?
Either through Stripe’s standard export or via the Stripe API. In both cases, the information about the connector is present: the communication status, the Verifactu code and the PDF with the QR code.

Is the system ready for high volumes?
Yes, the connector has persistence and a queue processing system that guarantees the uninterrupted submission of tax information.
Are backups performed?
Daily backups are performed with double redundancy and in different physical locations and separate providers.
What happens if I exceed the bundle I purchased? Will my submissions to Verifactu be blocked?
No, when you exceed the bundle, the system will generate a new bundle so that you can continue reporting your invoices to the Tax Agency.
If I exceed the bundle, will those extra invoices have an additional cost?
No, the price per invoice issued will be the same, the cost does not increase for exceeding the limits. A new bundle is issued with a new issue date.
I issue more than 3,000 invoices a year. Can I get a volume discount?
