We are pleased to announce the arrival of itcons.app version 4.19, packed with exciting improvements and fixes!
We've worked hard to perfect your business management experience. In this update, we've addressed a variety of issues and added new features to make sure your workflow is even more efficient. Take a look at some of the highlights:
New functionalities and improvements:
- It is now possible to access work reports, work orders and absences from the users and projects screen without leaving these pages.
- You can consult the location on the map from within the application in the view of a work report, without the need to open google maps.
- Added functionality: duplicate user.
- Improvements have been made to the mandatory data alerts at work reports, work orders and absence requests to make them more user-friendly and understandable.
- In the model editor, incremental data will only be enabled if categories are selected in the corresponding section.
Errors and corrections:
- Fixed a bug in the loading of project areas in work report.
- Corrected the problem with the email data, when selecting the option to send copy when the project does not have an associated e-mail.
- Fixed the problem with displaying attachments in the PDF, even if this option was disabled.
- Improved validation for category names.
- Fixed bugs in the multiple actions option for all users.
- Fixed the problem of duplication of work reports after deleting a model data and duplicating a work report generated on the previous version.
- Now if the project configuration has disabled the project area functions and the KPI value, the data will also be disabled in the model editor.
- The location icon will now only appear when there is a registered location.
- Corrected errors related to jargon (Plan Business)
- Emailing of large Excel queries has been improved.
- Updated the refresh message in the listing when creating the first work report and the first work order.
- Fixed the problem of logging changes in the status of a work order when it is performed from multiple actions in the list.
- Parts without header and section data will appear in Excel queries.
- In the model editor, the category selection data has been disabled when it is not found in the first data of the section in the model editor since it generates an inconsistency in the configuration or design of the model.
- Fixed attachment problems when creating absences and work orders at iOS.
