How to create a transcribed audio note

Since the update to version 5.8 of itcons.app in the notes field you can not only write a text but also record an audio note that the system transcribes, thus making the audio and the text available.

How to activate it

By default it is activated with all models

How it works

When creating a note within a work report you can click on the microphone.

After clicking and granting permissions for microphone access, the recording screen opens.

After finishing the recording you can listen to it to confirm it or not.

Once the recording is accepted, it is transcribed and displayed next to the notes with the player and with the option to consult the transcription and edit if necessary.

The transcribed text is displayed in PDFs and exported in excels.
