How to automatically hide shipments to the mobile user role.

With an administrator user role access to the edition of the model in question.

Place the cursor at the bottom of the screen in the other settings block.

Activate the option "hide parts to the mobile user role automatically".

After activating it, two fields are displayed, one for the past and one for the future.

The forward configuration is useful for companies that assign work reports to users in the future with job assignments but do not want them to be able to see their assignments until x days are left.

The past setting is useful for companies that do not want the mobile user to be able to see the registered information after a certain number of days.

Note: if a work report is rejected if it exceeds the limits established by this functionality, the user assigned to work report will not see it in the list.
