Create customers in the application
In your Itcons.app site you can create as many clients as you need. It is a very useful tool for those companies that work with different clients and need to organize their work reports.
Steps to follow to create customers:
- Administration.
- Customers
- You have to select create customer (green button on the right).
- You have to fill in the following fields: name, address, VAT number, telephone, email and assignment to the corresponding projects.
What clients are used for in the application
Mainly the client is used to be able to link it with the projects and thus generate the client's fiscal data to be shown in the work reports, delivery notes etc.
Also and through the relationship between the project and the client, it is possible to filter work orders, work reports and projects by clients.
Additionally, the list of customers is used to feed the customer type data.
If your company works directly against the client, without projects, in this case the best configuration is to relate a project to a client so that the project resembles the client.
