Disable a user in Itcons.app

If you no longer need a user, the procedure to follow is as follows:

With an administrator user, access the application and go to administration / users and select the user in question from the list of available users.

Once inside the user's card, click on the switch located in the upper right corner of the first block of the card.

After disabling it you will see the user's name grayed out.

This way the user will no longer be able to access the application, but you as the administrator will be able to manage the information generated by this user and consult it if needed.

When the user disables the user's license (in case he/she is using an advanced or pro plan), it is free for another user.

DO NOT OVERWRITE THE USER'S NAME TO ASSIGN THE LICENSE TO A NEW USER!!!

Under no circumstances

It is not a good idea to disable a user so that a new user can log in with the modified first and last name. This will generate that the new user will see the work reports created by the previous user (among many others, absences, cancellations, personal data of the previous user, etc.). Precisely for this reason there is the function to disable the user, he/she cannot access, but as administrator you keep the information organized for the future.
