Documents to be submitted to an inspection requesting the work reports

Sometimes the itcons.app user company is required to deliver work reports in a given period and for a given personnel. Knowing this requirement the minimum to deliver is the following documentation.

The work reports in "official" PDF format.

With an administrator user go to the screen with the parts list and perform the filtering according to the requested requirement.

After clicking on filter, check the box "all" and select the option download PDF and click on OK.

This request generates a compressed .zip file containing all the work reports requested for the search criteria and in PDF format.

Additionally, if the site makes use of the absence module, it is advisable to attach a list of the absences registered in the system, which will allow to easily justify the absence of a work report on a given day.
