ARCHIVING A WORK REPORT
Archive Parts
The archive function is used to put in second place or hide the desired works reports . On the web, they are still available in the listings and in the Excel export, but on a second level. On the other hand, they disappear from the mobile app.
The archiving of a work report can be done in two ways:
- Once inside the report in question (report window filled in) click on the archive option in the upper right corner. It is important to note that to archive a work report it has to be sent or accepted.
- From the parts list, select the parts you want to archive. Then, choose the archive option in the top drop-down menu and click OK to confirm.
Previous step to permanently delete a part.
Additionally archiving serves as a step prior to deleting a work report. This step is added as a layer of security against deleting work reports that you do not want to delete.
