Give permissions on the first access

The first time the user clicks on a time data with location registration, the application will request the corresponding permission. For the application to register it you have to accept it, otherwise it will be indicated in the work report that the user has not accepted the permissions.

Sometimes the first time permissions are requested the user denies them but later wants to grant them, these permissions must be granted again from the terminal configuration.

Manage location permission in Android

1. From the device open the Google Chrome browser
2. Within the browser click on the three dots icon at the top right.

3. Choose the configuration option from the options displayed.

4. In configuration, choose the option "site configuration" and click on it.

5. Within site configuration choose all sites.

6. Within the sites look for the site: app.itcons.app and click on it, after clicking on it opens the permissions tab of the site app.itcons.app, finally, grant the location permission.

1.- Go to settings

In settings go down to the bottom where the installed applications are located and look for itcons.app and enter it. Once inside the settings of the application itcons enter the location section

1.- Open the browser in which you want to grant the revoked permissions.

2.- Go to the configuration

3.- Go to Privacy and security and inside to site settings.

4.- Access to the location permit

5.- Access the itcons

6.- Finally, modify the location permission from Block to Allow.
