How to enable multi-signature on a work report
What is
For those work reports where more than one signature is required, there is the option of configuring up to 4 different signatures. In this way, you can sign on the same device as many signatures as necessary to complete the work report.
How to configure
Steps to follow:
- Access the application with an administrator user
- Select the model in question.
- Once inside the model, click on the green settings gear to edit the model.
- Go to the signature option (located at the bottom of the screen) and activate the following option: Activate registry signature .
- Once the process is completed, you can configure the following: number of signatures (up to 4) and the text of the button for each signature.
You can also define when you want to send the PDF copy with each signature you receive or only when you receive all signatures.
So for example if we have 3 confirmed signatures we can set it so that a PDF copy is sent each time the system registers a signature or that only a PDF copy is sent when the system receives all the signatures.
How it works
Steps to follow:
- Fill in the work report
- At the bottom, select the send and sign option
- A screen will appear to complete the signatures. Depending on the configuration, you will get a specific number of signatures available (up to 4 possible).
- Then a screen appears with the corresponding signatures to sign on the device itself.
- Once the signatures section is finished, the work report will look something similar to:
