HOW TO CREATE A PROJECT

Creating a project can be done from the computer or from the mobile device. The important part is that the user who has or can create a project is enabled to do so and this is done by the administrator user.

From computer

Note that the user must have permission to create projects.

If the user has the administrator role assigned to him/her, he/she will be able to access the project list in all cases.

If the user is a project manager or mobile user, he/she must have the "create projects" permission enabled in his/her profile.

With the appropriate permissions the user will have the projects option in his menu:

Go to projects and click on create project.

From application

You have to follow the same steps as in the previous case, but in this case you have to select the "+" that appears at the bottom of the application in green color. Once done, you will be able to fill in the following fields for your project: Name, project information, email (you can add more than one), signatory (the person who has to sign this project) and KPI value. On the other hand, you have to fill in the assignments, i.e. the users who work with this project and the customer to whom the project is addressed. Finally, to improve the organization you can divide the project into areas.
