HOW TO CREATE AND SEND A WORK REPORT FROM THE APP

This entry explains the procedure to be followed by the user with a mobile user role to create and send their own work reports.

It is important that the administrator previously defines a model for work report and assigns it to the mobile user. In this way, he/she will be able to create and send work reports without any problem from the application. If you have doubts about this prerequisite, please access this manual entry

ACCESS THE APP

From the central login, which can be accessed by clicking here , the user accesses the app by entering in the first screen the user's email or the name of the site and clicking on next.

Once redirected to the site, the following is requested: email and password.

FILL IN A WORK REPORT

Once the work report template is defined, the mobile user selects the corresponding part and starts filling it in. All work report templates have 3 fixed fields:

  • Project from work report.
  • Date from work report.
  • User assigned to work report.
  • Notes.

In addition, you can activate and define the signing behavior of the work report: enable registry signing, remote signing, multi-signing, etc. This is defined in the model editor of work report.

On these "fixed" fields the work report template prompts the user to enter the data defined for the template in question. It is worth mentioning that in case you have the work orders activities, the option to assign them to a specific order will also appear.

SEND A WORK REPORT FROM THE MOBILE OR THE APP

Once the work report has been filled in, it remains in a pending state until the user sends it. This can be done in two different ways: by selecting the arrow in the upper right corner (paper airplane symbol) or by clicking on the arrow below the notes section (yellow). In both cases, the work report is sent, but it is important to note the following. In case the mandatory signature is defined in the work report template, the work report will still be sent, but pending the completion of the corresponding signatures.

Almacén o abastecimiento crea el parte de entrega al técnico (almacenista firma y técnico firma), el técnico va a realizar la instalación, pero hay unas devoluciones entonces, sin cerrar el parte, la diligencia allí lo que se instaló quedando calculado el material o los equipos a devolver. firma el cliente y le llega el parte al cliente y al almacenista de lo que va a recibir en devolucion. El parte entonces se requiere abierto hasta firma del cliente.

Hola Juan, vamos a suponer que cada función profesional que mencionas se corresponde a un usuario, así: Almacén o abastecimiento necesita un rol gestor de proyecto para poder asignar el parte de entrega a un técnico, el técnico será rol usuario móvil, así solo ve lo que a él le asignan. sobre las firmas, debes configurar la firma multiple indicando cada firma a quién corresponde. para saber que partes están firmados en su totalidad la vista firma te será de utilidad. por último en el modelo genera la estructura que te convenga para reflejar el Material | Cantidad Entregada | Cantidad Instalada | Cantidad a Devolver.
