The legislative changes presented by the Employment and Social Security Commission of the Congress of Deputies have been approved, being sent to the Senate to continue its processing as a Proposition of Law for the reform of the Workers' Statute.
The text proposed by the Executive reforms four articles of the Workers' Statute (4, 12, 34 and 35), including Article 34, which specifies how companies must record the working day:
"It shall be the obligation of the company to record the working day of each worker. This record of the working day shall be daily and shall include the specific time of entry and exit".
In addition, the European justice could soon declare the legal obligation for companies to have a system for calculating the effective working hours of their workers, which will support the Spanish approval of the reform of the Workers' Statute. Itcons allows your company's employees to record the daily working hours through our application of work reports to comply with the requirements of labor inspections carried out by the Social Security.
