DELETE OR REMOVE A WORK REPORT

To completely remove a work report from the system, it can only be done if the report is previously archived. So once it is archived it can be deleted. So the delete function can be performed from the list (of the archived work reports ) or from the specific file of an archived work report .

Except if the work report is in a pending status (blue color), in which case it can be deleted without prior archiving.
