Temporary access to the customer portal

1.- Follow the link below and enter the email address associated with your itcons.app advanced or pro plans and click on "send".

*the associated e-mail address is the one where you receive the invoices

You will receive an email with a temporary link. Click on it. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder.

3.- After clicking access the portal and manage:

• Invoices
• Means of payment
• Fiscal data
• Contracted users, plan and payment frequency

In itcons.app we use stripe as payment provider, so we do not manage sensitive data concerning bank cards and we comply with all the legality concerning online payments.
