Exporting work orders to Excel

The option to export work orders to Excel has been added both in the web environment and in the app. This option allows you to export the information generated.

New filters in work orders

New filter options have been added in both the web and app environments. These new filter options are:

Possibility of defining a favorite order in the work order list

The user can define a favorite or default ordering for the web environment as an app. This ordering will be the one that will load when consulting this list.

Option to write more than 600 characters in the work order information.

Depending on the type of use given to the application, there may be cases where a longer length is required in the work order information field. To enable this greater length, the option to extend this limit to more than 600 characters can be activated in the work order type configuration.

Function to group work orders into another work order

This function allows you to group several work orders into one work order. It works as follows:

This feature is activated in the work order type configuration and after creating at least one work order of this work order type, when creating or editing another work order belonging to the same work order type you will be able to group them into a main order.

So the work reports They will be related to the main order and when the main order changes status, the orders grouped in it will also change.

The main order is identified in green and the dependent orders in grey.

The option to upload more than one image at a time has been enabled in the header or footer image data. work report , this allows you to load images from the mobile device gallery at once.
