This is just an example of a work report for a specific company dedicated to the installation and maintenance of elevators, each site in itcons.app can have multiple types of work orders linked to work report templates, each with the desired structure. in addition, you can also activate the absence management module.
Configuration
Project = Elevator
Work order module = On
Absence module = indifferent (activated deactivated)
Mobile user role = Operator
Project manager role = responsible for maintenance, production, person in charge of launching the notices and assemblies.
Role Administrator = Administration Department
This configuration is designed so that in a very simple way the operators receive the notifications, attend to them and after attending to it, report the work, collect the client's signature and close or complete the work order.

1.- Create typed work orders

The site has 3 types of work orders:
- "Assemblies"
- "Preventive"
- "Notices"
In the case of assemblies and warnings, they are created as requests arrive, while for preventive work orders, repetitive work orders have been created.
2.- Receive work orders and execute the work.
Field operator or technician
The user receives the notification with the newly assigned work order, reads it and creates a work report related to the order.
The site is configured in such a way that it automatically loads a work report template depending on the type of order, so the work report template related to assembly loads a check-list or the notification template incorporates a section to indicate the valuation of the work performed.
3.- Supervision and progress reports
Production Manager
The management controls the delivery notes or works reports made, the work orders in pending status, in execution or completed.
General queries can be obtained in Excel or PDF format.
The work order in the mobile app
Easy and intuitive
The operator is notified when the work order is assigned and can view information about the assigned work order, location, start date and expected end date, who created the work order, what the priority of the work order is, and receive attachments.
As the operator proceeds with the execution of the associated work report the status of the work order is updated.
The work report on the web
Viewed by the project manager - administrator
The project manager, in this example the production manager, can review all the works reports sent both on the web and in the app.
You can edit, reject or accept the received work report .
Consultation and download of the work report in Excel
Extracts all aggregated information
Both a project manager and an administrator user can query according to different criteria and obtain an excel with all the data entered in the works reports.
It is also possible to extract the information using the API of itcons.app and thus have the information available at the moment in a third system.
