Change user password

FROM ADMINISTRATION #

A user with the administrator role has the ability to modify the password of any user of the itcons.app site. To do this the user must go to the administration menu and choose the users option.

In the user list choose the user you want to change the password, access his profile and modify the password, and finally click on save.

BY THE USER HIMSELF IN MY DATA #

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

• In the side menu choose the option My data

• Enter a new password and click on save.

RECOVER PASSWORD BY EMAIL #

From the login screen of your site you can access the password recovery functionality.

Click on "recover password" located below the password field and in the screen that appears later indicate the e-mail account associated with your user.

In the email sent to reset your password, click on the following link

Enter the new password twice and click on save password
