The different roles or types of users of the application as mentioned above are 3: administrator, project manager and mobile user.
The administrator user is intended to have all the powers of the application, in web environment and mobile environment. This is why this user would be interested in having access through both available means and is the only one who can access, create and edit the work reports templates from the web environment.
The Project Manager user is similar to the administrator, but with less power in the application, can and is intended to operate from the two available media (web and mobile), can accept parts, create and manage work orders, but would not have to create part models, edit them or create directly the projects of the installation.
The mobile user is designed so that he can only fill in the documents assigned to him, such as the different models of pates that the installation may have, although he could also have access to the information of the work orders, if the way of working of the company so warrants it. It is designed to be accessed only by mobile devices, but it can be accessed through the web environment, with the limitations that the administrator user assigns to it.
