User type data

What it is. #

A field for the user to fill in the document or record with a selectable one fed from the users enabled in the application.

DO NOT CONFUSE WITH THE USER ASSIGNED TO work report, delivery note or REGISTRATION AS ALL MODELS HAVE A STANDARD FIELD TO INDICATE THE ASSIGNED USER.

How to set it up in the part model editor. #

This type of data is only available within a section.

First, the Data Type must be indicated in the drop-down list, in this case "user". Then, in the Data Name field , the header of the data is indicated. The same field is shown in the application when requesting the data from the mobile user. Also, you can generate a PDF with the work report filled in, as well as export it in Excel as a column header.

The "required" check indicates that this work report cannot be sent without filling in the indicated data.

With the Check "visible PDF" you can manage whether it is displayed in the PDF or not.

What it looks like in the application #

Once this step is completed, you can fill in the work report and select the corresponding customer.
