We are pleased to announce version 6.9 of itcons.app. Here are the specific improvements and fixes:

New Features

The API expands attachment management: you can now upload and view files associated with record templates, work orders, and absences, with file format checks to enhance security.
Auditable record templates (DeCA) can work with different PDF types, offering greater flexibility when generating and viewing the documentation for each work report.
The template editor includes new options to control which sections, rows, and data the mobile user role can view or edit.
Email fields in templates can be configured with a default value.

Improvements

Record template query results sent by email are delivered directly in Excel format, making them easier to open and analyze.
Integrations can include GPS location information in record data and access attachments more easily.
When creating a work order linked to a single project, the project’s GPS location is automatically transferred to reduce manual steps.
Advanced date filters are faster and include a more convenient date picker.
The template editor displays resource data settings, default values, and permissions more clearly.

Bug Fixes

Fixed errors when loading calendars with unavailable users or absences without an end date.
Fixed notification activation in the Android app.
Administrators no longer incorrectly receive a notice saying they have no assigned templates when active templates exist.
Excel queries now apply the customer filter correctly.
The mobile work order filter shows the users option to project managers.
Fixed the creation of public records based on prefilled records.
Expanding the template list from a project now correctly retains the project filter.
Validation and stability fixes in the template editor and when submitting records from the template list.

These improvements provide greater flexibility for templates and documents, streamline work with filters and integrations, and improve stability on the web and in the mobile app.
