This model was designed for the foreman to allocate the working hours of the personnel in his charge.
It can be adapted to a model where it is the worker himself who assigns his hours and work and then the foreman who accepts or rejects the work reports.

In this example, the manager allocates the hours worked by his staff and indicates the materials consumed.
Function categories and resources
Thanks to the categories and resources function, the user of this part model can allocate staff hours in a single action. To do so, in the initial step of the personnel section, select all the resources to be added.

The project manager, in this example the administration manager or the construction manager, can review both on the web and in the app all the works reports sent to the construction sites where he/she is assigned.
You can edit, reject or accept the received work report .

Automatic layout
You can also view the report information in PDF format. This PDF contains the company's formal data, such as address, contact details and logo.

Both a project manager and an administrator user can perform queries based on different criteria and obtain an excel with all the data entered in the works reports
