When creating and editing a work order the user creating or editing the work order can send a notification to the user(s) assigned to the work order.
Considerations to be taken into account.
1.- As long as the work order is "unassigned" the button for notification is not displayed.
2.- The button is displayed each time a change or edit is made to the work order.
3.- The user assigned to the work order must be different from the user of the session, if the user is the same the button is not shown.
Taking these characteristics into account, the notify button looks like this:
On web:
Note: On narrow computer screens it may not be wide enough and be displayed as the app icon.
In app:
The notification is sent to both the user's email and the app.
